It's a good idea to play the E in the middle of the first line with your index finger. It wil be easier to reach all following keys. The second line is exactly the same as the first. In the third and fourth lines only the last two notes are different. If you play the E at the end with your middle finger, you do not have to twist your wrist. And playing with a quiet hand often sounds better.
