Sometimes it’s indicated with which finger you should press a key. In musical language this is called fingering. Each finger has its own number.

Keep your back straight, sit slightly on the edge of your chair, with your feet flat on the floor. When you are playing a keyboard, make sure the instrument is at the right height for easy access.

Keep your fingers not straight, but slightly rounded. As if a soap bubble is hanging from your hand. In this way you can easily reach all keys.

Most songs use a limited number of keys. Just try and count them!

Some fingers are more difficult than others. It's a good idea to train them all.
