You can train your fingers in many different ways within a group of 5 keys on a row. Here are some examples.

Here's a picture with a lot of notes! You shouldn't play them one after the other. Practice one line at a time. Play each group of that line a few times, just like in regular gym. Yout playing will become smoother and smoother! Pay close attention to the fingering and keep playing in the group of 5 keys. And of course you can also use this gym to train your left hand!
